It all started in a small garage 30 miles north of Sioux Falls, South Dakota over two decades ago. Our founder, Tim, was having a discussion with his brother, Dan, who founded his own successful pet grooming manufacturing company. At the time, Dan was frustrated by the lack of companies in the industry that were honest, reliable, customer-service oriented, and trustworthy. Specifically, Dan was struggling to find a company that built premium grooming bath tubs and other related products. 

As Tim pondered the conversation he had with Dan, he started doing his own research about pet groomers and what their top values, concerns, and goals were.  Besides their unconditional love for their furry clients, it was obvious groomers prioritize using equipment that is efficient, durable, safe, and reliable for the long hours they put into making each pet look their very best. Tim began to realize the lack of well-made bathing tubs in the industry. It is from this realization he started crafting his own vision of how a pet bathing tub should be made.

After a lot of trial and error, mock-ups, and revisions, Tim successfully created his first grooming tub: our 48” Standard Tub. His designs and changes were simple and clean, yet top of the line. Years later, our Standard Bathing Tub is still one of our most popular and high-selling tubs in the Groomer’s Best product line-up.

Presently, our team at Groomer’s Best is constantly striving to improve, develop, and create new products suited for only the best of the best. What started as one standard tub has prospered into a product line containing a variety of high-end tubs, tables, kennels, and accessories to meet each customer’s specific needs. The core vision of our company remains the same: “simple, clean, and top of the line.”
